Important Return Information
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and depend on the chosen courier service.
All products must be reported to our customer service team within 30 days of receipt. If this deadline is not respected, we will not be able to process the return.
Once we receive the item, the refund will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately and include the following information:
- Order number
- Damaged product
- Description of the defect
- Photos showing the damage
If the package arrives damaged, please take a photo and send it to us as soon as possible.
Claims for damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Without documentation, we cannot offer a replacement, refund, or exchange.
For defective products, we cover the return shipping costs.
Incorrect Item Received
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us with the following information:
- Order number
- Name of the product you should have received
- Name of the product you received
- Photo of the received item
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you want a different product, you must return the original item and place a new order.
Return Conditions & Guidelines
All products must be returned in their original plastic packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Please ensure the product is properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels.
Our company address is not a return address. Parcels sent there will not be refunded.
Always contact our customer service team before returning any product.
Once the return is approved and the product is received, the refund will be issued within 5 business days.
Withdrawal or Wrong Size Returns
If you wish to return a product due to withdrawal, incorrect size, or change of preference, the customer must cover the return shipping costs.
You must always contact our customer service team to receive the return form.
Returns must be sent to our warehouse in Asia — the address will be provided by customer support.
